Terms and Conditions for fence painting

NJ Garden Services is committed to providing the best possible garden maintenance experience for our customers however please note the following points.

• We endeavour to attend the work on the scheduled day however due to unforeseen circumstances cannot guarantee a specific visit time. Weather conditions will also effect our ability to apply paint.
• Our staff cannot engage in any work that requires them to climb higher than the ladders they carry on board their vehicles will allow them to. Any high work will need to be assessed and priced.
• Invoices must be settled within 7 days of receipt. Interest of 1% per day may be charged to invoices outstanding over this time.
• NJ Garden Services sometimes uses images or customers names to promote business on the internet or other mediums. If you object to this then please let us know.
• Only work outlined in the quotation will be carried out. No items will be moved to gain access unless specified in the quotation.
• Painting of fences, especially panel fences sometimes results in the paint running through to the other side. This can cause difficulties with neighbours. Where possible NJ Garden Services will alert neighbours of our scheduled work but it is ultimately the responsibility of the property owner to make sure that they are aware and happy for the work to be done. Unless stated in the quotation, no allowance has been made to work on the opposite side of the fence.
